About Us

Residential Rentals Ltd first started operating in 2001 under the Rolston Group of Companies. The company has now branched out to stand alone and consists of a dedicated team of three with a large number of properties currently being professionally managed.

Allow us to introduce the team:

	Karen Brown – Manager Karen joined Residential Rentals in May 2007 bringing with her a collection of over 14 years experience in the real estate and recruitment industry. Originally from Sydney where her property management experience comprised 7 years, she now calls New Zealand home where she has been living and investing in Auckland for over the last 8 years. Karen enjoys managing the team at Residential Rentals with their ever growing portfolio of investment properties.
	Louise Vermeulen – Property Manager Louise has worked in the Real Estate industry over the last 12 years and joined Residential Rentals in 2004. Her role as Property Manager, involves liasing with owners and tenants on matters relating to the tenancy of their properties. Louise thrives in her role and enjoys the variety and challenge that being a Property Manager entails. Louise also has extensive personal experience with property investment being a co-owner in a residential portfolio, and having renovated and developed several properties. Louise is currently on maternity leave until mid 2010.
	Sharon van Zyl – Customer Services Sharon joined Residential Rentals in September 2007 in customer services. Originally from South Africa she moved to New Zealand 2 years ago with her husband and two children. Back home she gained over 7 years customer service experience in the banking sector and ran a small catering business. Sharon loves working with people and enjoys the varied aspects of her position. She is challenged by the role as not one day is the same as the next. Sharon enjoys meeting the tight deadlines and helping out our owners and tenants at all times.
	Natasha Williams – Property Manager Natasha has recently joined the team at Residential Rentals as a Property Manager whilst Louise takes maternity leave. She has been in the real estate industry for the last 3 years and is looking forward to the challenge of her new role. Natasha is an active investor having renovated several properties and thoroughly enjoys all aspects of the property market.
